This is a very rare, absolutely mint-condition copy of the test pressing of Minor Threat's "Out of Step" 12" EP from March 1983. (Dischord Records No. 10, Washington, DC)  Test pressing is in plain white inner sleeve.  One side of the record has a plain white label with a Dischord stamp, and the other side has a Nashville Record Productions Test Pressing label, with NRP number "14410" handwritten in black ink.
This is a Test Pressing of the FIRST pressing of "Out of Step", which used a completely different mix than the second pressing. The most obvious difference is the end of the final, hidden track, "Cashing In."  On the first pressing, the song ends when the band stops playing, whereas on the  second pressing there are violins at the end of the song.
The record is in perfect condition, never played. It has been kept in a plastic sleeve away from light and dust since I purchased it at Yesterday and Today Record upon release.
Minor Threat: Ian McKaye, Jeff Nelson, Brian Baker, Lyle Preslar, Steve Hansgen. Side A: Betray, It Follows, Think Again, Look Back & Laugh. Side B: Sob Story, No Reason, Little Friend, Out of Step, Cashing In. Produced by Minor Threat, Engineered by Don Zientara at Inner Ear Studios.
DC Hardcore, Punk, Straight Edge.
