I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A NICE JAZZ COLLECTION DATING FROM THE 1960s, INCLUDING MANY MONO PRESSINGS, I'LL BE LISTING TITLES FROM THIS COLLECTION OVER THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO - This is an ORIGINAL MONO BLUE NOTE RECORDS U.S. PRESSING OF THE LP titled 'Search For The New Land' from jazz trumpet man Lee Morgan with combo, featuring tenor sax man Wayne Shorter and keyboard giant Herbie Hancock. Blue Note Records address is shown as 'New York U.S.A.' on the record labels and '43 West 61st St., New York 23' on the back album cover. The original '27 Years Blue Note' inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Blue Note Records LPs is present and included.

I am forced to grade this record VG due to the presence of one surface scratch which can barely be felt and which will cause some light ticks in one track, and the presence of a slight slow warp which has absolutely no effect on play - Without these two flaws this record would grade EX/NM-. Record otherwise plays very quietly with almost no surface noise. Condition of cover is VG+ with some small wrinkles along the top edge of the front cover, a tiny bit of fraying along the top edge of the back cover slick, some contact and ring wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, tape, splits, tears, writing, or stickers. '27 Years Blue Note' inner sleeve has some wrinkles and a minuscule tiny tear on its top edge. This original 1960s press mono LP would be a nice addition to any Blue Note Records or modern jazz record collection! Winning bidder pays $4.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE NOTE: NEW FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S EXCEPT FOR CANADA (13.50) AND GERMANY is $20.50 - YES IT'S CRAZY, THIS IS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AS OF 1/27, NOT ME!!! PLEASE NOTE: AN EXTRA $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SHIPMENTS VALUED OVER $50.00 GOING TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. ALSO, DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY. I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES. Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S.! WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
