The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has slight ring wear, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
