Record is VG++/VG+ with some light scuff marks that should not affect audio quality, a few light markings that should not affect audio quality, and there may be one or two areas of light surface noise that should not overpower the sound; Sleeve is VG+/VG with some light ringwear on the front and back, a ding on the lower front right/back left corner that has caused some creasing around the corner, some light wear along the front and back of the mouth, some light creasing on the front and back originating from the spine, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with a 1.5" split forming on the center of the spine but has not yet split (see pictures)
