I am selling my personal record collection and know nothing about rating records. The cover has shelf wear, the edges are very worn and the back section where the album is stored is torn in the top edge. The vinyl has some marks but overall seems to be in good condition. The paper sleeve is torn on the bottom edge. I only ship in the continental United States.
