I am selling my personal record collection and know nothing about rating records. The cover is in good shape, it still has the original plastic wrap on it. The cover insert looks great. The 2 vinyl records are in good shape, have a few marks but nothing major. The cardboard sleeves look great. . I only ship in the continental United States.
