THE DOORS  Greatest Hits  RECORD LP 5E-515  NM/NM+ SOUND  " ∆ 508 SLM DEADWAX "  1980
I'm a VERY critical record grader, listening to both sides  complete--start to finish to bring you the details of the records sound before listing and getting a buyer for it--Truthfully  believe in honesty being the best policy for good customer relations, + I WANT TO SELL YOU MY EXTRA COPIES  that ARE the cleaner/newer copies from which i sell.. ENJOY THE SOUND......!
I HAVE MORE RECORDS FOR SALE HERE, Please look..?
Visually the record is in NM-/NM condition with the  dead spots in between songs being in NM+ condition  and NM+/MINT- condition for sound while songs are in play...

MINT     This record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains.

NM, M-     this record appears virtually flawless A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any noise over the flaw. The flaw is very hard to see.

EX, EX+      this record is EX+/NM- sounding through most of the record and light crackle or random record snaps -(no skips thereat all)- in one or two different areas, but playing very very clean through most of  the record.

VG+     minor scuffs which are only slightly visible. There may be more than a few scuffs with no deep pops that go for a long length of time--a bit loved and played harder than EX.

VG    record shows wear, surface scuffs. The vinyl still has a great luster, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye, maybe even a blemish under the surface of the vinyl not effecting sound . If  the flaws/blemish don't cause any surface noise, the vinyl can still make the VG+ grade.

GOOD     A good record will look very well played, dull. However a Good record should still play. It will have distracting surface noise. Such as crackle that is continuous or some hiss.  Will also  have some loss of dynamics caused from grooves being worn. It should play without any skips or any obtrusively snaps or repeated clicks, caused by deeper scratches.
