Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction/when the item is purchased. eBay automatically opens a non-paying bidder case if payment is not received within 48 hours. I try to be flexible but ask buyers to please contact me before the sale of the item if they require more than 48 hours to pay. Payment must be made by the winning bidder. Payment from a third party will not be accepted.

Shipping

I do my best to ship all items within 24 hours of receipt of payment but will contact buyers immediately if it looks like there will be a delay. I ONLY ship to the address on the winning bidder's PayPal account. I will not ship to a third party. No exceptions. Items selling for $99.99 or more will require a signature for delivery.

International Bidders

International bidders are welcome but must abide by the terms and conditions of eBay's Global Shipping Program. Any and all fees relating to international shipments (carrier costs/fees, import charges/fees/taxes, etc.) are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

I rarely have more than one of any given item so I am unable to offer exchanges. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified. The item(s) must be safely packed when sent for return. Any refund will be made via the same method payment was received, minus the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified. Items listed as BRAND NEW must be returned in the original sealed packaging. Items listed as USED must be returned with any and all original components, accessories and product packaging (when applicable). Items listed AS-IS cannot be returned.
