I purchased the album in the late 80s. Album in good condition with no scratches. I would play the records once or twice to make an audio tape and then keep the albums in storage. Stored in a smoke free home & temperature controlled 

Cover has slight cut in the bottom left corner approximately quarter inch into the cover. Original album liner has some wear and creases

I was very lucky to see Prince play live during the Purple Rain tours and have always been a big fan of his music.  I purchased the album when it first came out, so if it is not the first album pressing, it would be very close to that.   I played my records on a Techniques turntable once or twice to make a tape recording that I would listen to, and eventually bought the CD versions. I no longer have a turntable, so my albums are sitting in storage not getting much use.  I have owned these long enough and am now happy to let another Prince fan enjoy the records.  The records are clean, I can't see any scratches or warping.  They are also in good condition if you want to frame them as art for your walls.
