This is the 1983 U.S. SIRE RECORDS ROBERT RAUSCHENBERG LIMITED EDITION ISSUE OF THE 1983 LP titled 'Speaking In Tongues' from Talking Heads.  It is Sire Records U.S. catalog number 1-23771, promo copy with a small drill hole through the cover near the upper left corner.  

Limited edition of 50,000. Clear vinyl.  The packaging, designed by Robert Rauschenberg, is a transparent plastic case with artwork and credits printed on 3 12" circular transparent collages, one per primary color.
