Very Rare!!
Sleeve: VG+ Very mild ringwear on tops and bottoms of front as back.  Crease on bottom left.  Small stain from ringwear on bottom left.  Some edge and corner wear.  Spine looks pretty good.  All issues pictured. Vinyl: VG+ Looks fantastic.  A few VERY light marks when viewed under very bright light at the right angle.  This is something that I would put in my collection without a problem.  Absolutely zero skips and little to no surface noise.  I grade conservatively. Clear inner sleeve included.  Not sure if it originally came with something else.
Will be insured for full value and shipped in a re-used (yet good condition) LP mailer with padding and the record outside of the sleeve, in a plastic sleeve.  I ship as if I was the one receiving the record.
