Card picture sleeve is very worn, but does come with a plain inner sleeve (no splits or tears):

I have graded my vinyl with caution - possibly even down graded it slightly to be on the safe side. I would never list a record as mint (unless it was unopened), so near mint is the best grading I offer. However, should you disagree with my grading, I will happily refund any item returned in its original condition.
