Talk about the rarist of the rare, this here rarity is a beaut! You're looking at the original vinyl version of "Stratosphere" by Duster, released by Up Records in 1998. The catalog number is UP 050.
This puppy was only ever played a handful of times and was cared for like it was my own infant son. I mostly listened to my cd copy to keep the LP pristine. 
The only noticeable flaw I've seen is that the top of the cardboard sleeve is a bit worn on the edge, pretty standard fair for an almost 20 year old album! The vinyl itself looks great.
