Picture sleeve shows some light ringwear, with some light creasing and light rubwear to the edges.

Spine is unflattened and fully legible.

The labels are clean and bright.

I would never list a record as mint (unless it was unopened), so near mint is the best grading I offer. However, should you disagree with my grading, I will happily refund any item returned in its original condition.
