Record is VG++ with a few light markings that do not affect audio quality - PLAYTESTED; Sleeve is VG+ with some light wear on the front and back, small dings on the corners, some light creasing on the front and back originating from the seams, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (see pictures)
