*Record is in much better condition than the sleeve.  Very Clean. A few light surface scratches. Play tested and sounds great. *Sleeve has a fair amount of edge wear. A 2" split on the top at the opening and a small split on the bottom center. Also has some writing on the front ("Personal Property of...")  Please see pictures for details
Record is in a disckeeper protective sleeve and stored in a plain white outer sleeve to lessen the need to handle the original cover.  Also includes a clear protective outer sleeve (Polypropylene)
