Original 1986 release on 2 x 45 rpm records.
I've just listened to it using a system with a new stylus and my findings are below. Overall, it plays through great with no jumps or sticks though there is crackle in quiet sections as detailed below.
Disc 1
Side 1
1. Battery (5.10) - some crackle in quiet section at the beginning (approx 10 seconds) but can't be heard once the band kicks in and then sounds great.
2. Master Of Puppets (8.31) - plays great with a little crackle in quiet parts.
Side 2
1. The Thing That Should Not Be - crackly in quiet section at the beginning and some crackle (and clicks from a visible scratch) for approx 1 minute but then plays great with just a little crackle later.
2. Welcome Home (Sanitarium) (6.27) - crackle in the quiet section at the beginning and then great with just a couple of clicks near the end.
Disc 2
Side 3
1. Disposable Heroes (8.14) - plays great from the start.
2. Leper Messiah (5.39) - plays great.
Side 4
1. Orion (8.23) - crackle and one pop during quiet section at the beginning but then plays great.
2. Damage Inc (5.32) - plays great with just a little crackle in quiet bits.
Unfortunately, it does not come with the poster.
