My Record Ratings:
FACTORY
SEALED - Means just that, still in original shrink, never opened. May
exhibit normal shelf-wear, drill hole or cut corner.
NEAR MINT - Very few, if any imperfections.
EXCELLENT - Better than VG+, not as good as NM.
VERY
GOOD+ - Records will have slight sleeve marks, corner dings, and or a
crease, a very few light scratches, minimal surface noise usually between tracks.
VERY
GOOD - Records in this grade were well loved and well played but not
abused. Will have more obvious marks, scratches, cut corners or drill
hole.
May have split seams that have been repaired with glue or tape. Vinyl may have light surface noise in between tracks or on the quiet tracks.
GOOD
- Records in this grade will show wear and tear. Plays well enough. I
will not sell anything that doesn't play on my turntable.
Be that as it may . . .
