I grade conservatively under good lighting visually, and play grade where I feel it's needed (will inform in listing if so). I take EX, and especially NM grades very seriously. I only apply a NM grade to a record that is free of any kind of spindle marks, and has no marks whatsoever that I can see. I do apply +/- to grades to give a better idea of what range of that specific grade the record is in. I use record mailers, multiple flats*, remove disc from jacket, and always seal all edges tight. *I do use old record jackets for flats as well.
Jackets are all VG+ to EX with thin saw-cut on all, and MTS has some creasing, denting bottom/right. MTS is sealed pretty tight, and has slight turn on the bent edge, possibility for slight warp. Likely not to create an issue as it looks flat everywhere else (other two are flat), but just be aware of possibility.
Discs are sealed, presumed NM/M.
