Condition (Disc): VISUAL/AUDIO EXCELLENT++ / EXCELLENT++   

This pressing has undistorted audio, with clear sound. There is certainly no dominant interference and nothing obtrusive in the playback. 

This disc plays perfectly without any loud clicks or crackle,skips or jumps.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT++ condition without any unwanted writing or stains and with only very minor spindle trails on either side.

Sleeves are in EXCELLENT / EXCELLENT CONDITION. 

The Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd front laminated outer sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition and is free from any writing, tears,creases or seam splits.

The correct EMI advertising inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition without any writing,tears, creases or seam splits.

The spine is square and legible.

Comments: overall a very nice UK MONO LP collectors Item. 

I USE THE RECORD COLLECTOR'S GRADING SYSTEM:

 

Unless buying a vinyl record that is SEALED, or in MINT condition,there is always likely to be some type of surface sounds, or background noise, known as pops and crackling.

If the LP has been played a couple of times, it can never be perfect. This is especially noticeable in quiet passages.

 

RECORD GRADE'S

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

NM: The record appears virtually flawless. If there is a flaw, it should be very hard to see. Very minor scuffs and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play clean with a crisp audio throughout, without any noise over the flaw. 

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. 

Very good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

 

Please note there may be a difference between grading with a PLUS OR MINUS this means that there is a slight upgrade/downgrade.
