CONDITION DETAILS Liner notes insert and record label mailer insert included. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, slight discoloration, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (plastic with Windham ads). Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Initially released in 1985, this is actually a well-chosen collection of some early, exquisite Windham Hill gems, just when that label began to hit its stride, that helped give new age music the credibility it needed. The yearly WH samplers throughout the 80's are also very highly recommended - every one a treat. Windham Hill Records was an independent record label that specialized in instrumental acoustic music. It was founded by guitarist William Ackerman and Anne Robinson (née McGilvray) in 1976 and was popular in the 1980s and 1990s.
