SAX 2508 - Nathan MILSTEIN/ERICH LEINSFORF performing BEETHOVEN VIOLIN CONVERTO IN D, Op. 61
A lovely original 1ST UK EDITION issued by Columbia on the striking turquoise/silver stereo label in 1962 (SAX 2508)
The record is in EX condition. A clean copy, there are only a couple of very minor, light and wispy surface markings to the playing surface. The labels are exquisite and clean. On playback, there is only minimal surface noise in the 'piano' or 'pianissimo' sections, and this is always very minor. Only light entry surface noise can be heard on the run in/out of the record. The dynamic quality of these recordings really is spectacular, and this is a hugely enjoyable listening experience!
The record will be cleaned on a state of the art record cleaner prior to being sent.
The 1st edition 'large stereo' sleeve is in EX condition. There is some rather light wear to the front laminated sleeve, with some minor wear to the reverse on the flipback. This is never heavy, and it looks like that with care, some of this could be removed. The spine is fully legible and there is no writing or graffiti to note and certainly NO RIPS/TEARS/UNWANTED BENDS OR CREASES!
POSTAGE IS FREE to my UK bidders, £5 to EU bidders and £8 to ROW bidders -  the record will be sent fully tracked and traced to all nations for the same cost of my usual 'standard' shipping.
