The items up for offer is a  Promotional Picture Disc Vinyl Single from Weird Al Yankovic featuring the song "Like a Surgeon". "Demonstration Only - Not For Sale" ZS7-2105 - 1985 Scotti Brothers / CBS Inc.

The record: Play tested all the way through and sounds really good! Surface noise at quiet portions (mainly the beginning of each side). Similar surface noise to all picture discs over time. No skips or pops on my turntable.

The sleeve: As you can see in the attached photos, the sleeve has not had the best care taken of it. There is a hole in the middle, where someone hung the record, cover and all, on the wall, with I assume a push pin through the sleeve. The sleeve was also taped shut at the top at one point. Surprisingly, the sleeve has no splits, which are common with clear sleeves like this. The sticker is also starting to peel away on the right side (see photo #4).
