McCoy Tyner “The Real McCoy” on Blue Note, 84264. Record is VG++, in exceptional shape with only a couple surface marks. Liberty label, stamped Van Gelder. Sleeve is VG+, tight with little corner wear.
The back cover reads: “To Fernie - “Thankyou your support” “ McCoy Tyner. This record came from the collection of a prominent jazz enthusiast in Indianapolis, IN. Included is a photocopied page from Down Beat magazine reporting on McCoy Tyner’s performance at the Murat Theatre. Page is dated 7/15/76 in bottom left corner. A really cool record that has great provenance to the Indianapolis area.
