It is a rare VLADIMIR VISOTSKY book/record/poster, pressed in Socialist Bulgaria, 1984. It was the SECOND book in a collection, called "Poets with Guitars" (First book came that year and represented Bob Dylan). It was supposed to represent left-wing guitar bards from all over the world.
The book is printed in Bulgarian/Cyrillic.
It includes a poster and a mega-rare 7'' with " He didn't return from the war/ A Lyrical Song/ The Lazy Horses". No info on where the recordings are taken from...
