This is a PERSONALLY SIGNED / AUTOGRAPHED ORIGINAL 1986 CBS ASSOCIATED RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'The Ultimate Sin' from the legendary former Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne.  It is CBS Associated Records U.S. catalog number OZ 40026, PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED by Ozzy Osbourne in black marker across the right front cover.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original custom inner sleeve with song lyrics and band photo.  This LP was obtained from a young man whose parents followed Ozzy Osbourne on tour during the 1980s and obtained the autograph on this LP cover at that time.  If the buyer of this LP requires written proof of authenticity I would invite them to have the autograph authenticated by a professional authentication service, and in the unlikely event the signature turns out to be fake I will refund the purchase price of the LP plus the cost of the authenticator's services upon return of the LP to me along with the letter from the authentication service certifying the non-authenticity of the signature.

Condition of record is high VG+ with a few light visible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play.  Condition of cover is a high VG / low VG+ with some slight wrinkles, some wear along the edges and on the corners, and some ring and contact wear.  Custom inner sleeve has some wear, splits in all three edges which have been repaired with clear tape, and some slight wrinkles, no tears.
