This is the original U.S. pressing of "Leave Home" with the song "Carbona Not Glue" which was later replaced with "Sheena Is a Punk Rocker".
The jacket has a lot of wear (see photos).
The vinyl is in good shape. It has a lot of scuffing but no scratches during the tracks. The lead-in grooves have some scratchy sounds.
