THE BEATLES 1967 - 1970 Double Album On Blue Vinyl Gatefold sleeve.
Vinyl rated EX+ Gatefold Sleeve rated EX+ Inner lyric sleeves rated EX
The vinyl on both disks has only a couple of hairline marks otherwise it would be rated near mint, there are no obvious scratches or spindle marks on the labels which suggests very little play. The gatefold sleeve and inners show very little signs of wear or age with just a few creases and worn corners. The lyric inners are EX with just some minor splitting on edges. The laminate is intact. As per the picture the "On Blue Vinyl" sticker is on the front.

Hairline marks. It is almost impossible to find any non-sealed record without any hairline marks - many had them from new, particularly if sold with cardboard inner sleeves. They are a result of storage and use and have little impact on sound quality. Likewise, very few original vinyl records lie totally flat. As for background noise, all records will have some background noise which varies wildly and often reflects the very variable pressing quality.

MINT : The record itself is in a brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extras such as lyric sheets, booklet or posters are in perfect condition with no creases.
EXCELLENT : The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight signs of wear and/or creases.
VERY GOOD : The record has been played quite a lot but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear to the cover and extras for age but without major defects. May be some discolouration to cover.
GOOD : The record has been played a great deal and the sound quality is affected with a fair amount of background noise, but still quite enjoyable. There will be visible scratches. The cover and any extras may have been folded or have scuffed edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR : The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced
