Sealed. Bought this 12+ yers ago Never opened plastic wrap in tack. Slight wear on one edges and slight wear on plastic wrap. Once opened absolutely no returns for any reason. If you don’t agree with those terms please do not bid. I sold a new lp and someone opened it. They claimed lp was used and worn. The lp was absolutely new. This is why I’m making it clear up front. Don’t open it if you don’t want to own it. Thank you for understanding.
