Items purchased as “New” must be returned still sealed in order to receive a refund. Body Jewelry and earrings are not returnable unless defective.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error, defective product.

 Are your CDs new and sealed?
Yes, the vast majority of our CD inventory is brand new and factory sealed. We occasionally sell used CDs and DVDs, particularly rare titles. These, however, are always clearly marked as used in the item description.
