Returns Policy

Refunds can be made on unused, unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase.

You will have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to return the item. Please do not send back without getting approval first.

 

You must pay the postage charge to return the item.

All returns costs are to be paid for by the buyer and all original postage charges we incurred to send the item are also deducted.

 

All returns must be in the original packaging and must be in the original condition.

 

Refunds will not be given if the product is altered or damaged in any way.

Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days. All returns should be sent back using a fully tracked delivery service with insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit whilst being returned.

We send all of our UK orders via Next day delivery (can take up to 48 hours for some items). Orders will be dispatched the same day if you order by 4pm. We also deliver on weekends free of charge for 95% of our UK orders. We offer an international delivery service. Items generally arrive within 3-5 days in the EU and 7-10 days for non EU destinations. International postage charges are automatically included in the total price at checkout. Customs/importing charges are also included in the total price for orders placed outside of Europe. Feel free to ask us about any additional shipping information.
