Essentially the same as other 1957 LP 1220 releases, but without the "33 1/3" and "Microgroove" text on the records labels. Font style and spacing is minutely different, as well.
Half of the guitar and "CASH" are orange, and the other half of his guitar is gray. "HOT" in the title is orange and "BLUE" is in gray. "Johnny" is in white.
