Very rare especially in mint, unplayed condition. This is the first pressing (LKS 2-12) of The Blue Nile's "Tinseltown in the Rain". It has been stored for 30+ years, unplayed, in a smoke / pet free environment.
This (as far as I know) is the only way to get the instrumental version of "Heatwave" PLUS the non-album track "Regret" (which is stunning) that WAS available on a compilation CD of Scottish acts (now deleted) and also found its way onto the deluxe version of "A Walk Across The Rooftops" - which I believe is also now out of production.
The label has no marks at all, the record has been stored in a poly-lined inner sleeve and the outer sleeve is immaculate. The record is UNPLAYED - I bought a "spare" because I liked "Regret" SO MUCH - but this copy never went NEAR a turntable.
This is NOT the later EMI pressing but the first issue with the handwritten matrix NOT the EMI stamped capitals.
