Record is NM with no visible markings / Sleeve is VG with some light wear on the front and back, radio station call letters written across the front, a catalog sticker on the upper front left corner, a saw cut on the spine near the upper corner, small dings on the corners, some small light creases on the front and back originating from the seams, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS - see pictures
