The record is VG+ ~ The record has a wonderful gleam with a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear to each side, the corners have light dings and there is some wear to the edges with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
