The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam and is in wonderful shape with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some very slight ring wear with some very minor creasing and dings to the corners, the edges have some light creasing and wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
