The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl is in excellent shape and has a very nice gleam, with a couple VERY LIGHT markings, none of which should have any effect on the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve is in wonderful shape with some slight creasing/wear to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
