The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl is in great shape and it has a very nice gleam, it has a couple VERY MINOR markings that should not have any effect on the audio quality.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear to each side, the corners are somewhat dinged and there is some light wear to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
