The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple VERY LIGHT markings on each side, none of which should effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some light ring wear to each side, there is some sticker residue near the top right corner, there are some corner dings and also some wear and light creasing to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
