CONDITION DETAILS Import from Europe. Made in Germany Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; very light-scuffing, a few tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (poly-lined paper with photos/lyrics/credits); seams partially split, clear tape covering split on bottom seam. Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Top-edge has text and is easy-to-read. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Radio station stamp on both sides of label and inner-sleeve. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Behind the Mask was the first album released by Fleetwood Mac after the departure of guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. The single Save Me made the US Top 40, while Love Is Dangerous and Skies the Limit enjoyed some airplay and became big Mainstream Rock hits. The album reached the US Top 20, and was number 1 in the UK. The cover for the album was created by photographer, Dave Gorton. He stated that the band did not wish to appear on the front cover of the album and Mick Fleetwood suggested that he create an image that spiritually symbolized the band instead.
