Good condition - 15 record set (45 rpm).  Copyright 1955, Radio Corporation of America.  Nice 18 page narrative in the front of the album. Album cover is nice with no tears but does show a bit of fading in colors and perhaps has darkened some over time. (I am not sure what it looked like new as I wasn't around in 1955, LOL.)  Binding is good with no tears or pages pulling out.  Each record sleeve is in good condition with no tears.   Most importantly the individual records "appear" to be in really good condition and look like they have been handled very little.
