Glenn Miller RCA Victor 33 1/3 Records, Limited Edition BB 416 Collectors Book Glenn Miller and His Orchestra Limited Edition No. BB 416 Volume Two Record Binder Set RCA Victor Popular Collectors'. This LPT 6701 binder set includes several pages of stories along with 5 albums in sleeves (10 SIDES) 12" diameter 33-1/3 RPM RCA records. Book Measures: 14" x 12.75."  100 % Authentic – 30-Day Money Back Guaranty! This album of five long-playing records presents a collection of Glenn Miller performances, no one of which has ever been heard on discs. They have been taken, for the most part, from the late evening broadcasts which originated in such famous dancing spots as the Glen Island Casino, the Meadowbrook and the Café Rouge of the Hotel Pennsylvania – the latter, incidentally, an institution whose telephone number (Pennsylvania 6-5000) Miller made an integral part of everyone’s little black book. In order to give a fully rounded picture of the Miller band, five selections which Glenn broadcast from New York’s Paradise Restaurant in 1938 have also been included – early Miller but fascinating all the same.  And, at the other end, the late Miller band of 1940, 41 and 42 is represented by a comprehensive selection of its broadcasts for Chesterfield Cigarettes. The transcription lacquers (some of them of glass base) on which these performances were recorded were transferred to tape at RCA Victor’s 24th Street studios, New York City, under the direction of A.A. Pulley, Chief Engineer. The tapes were then re-recorded and carefully edited by RCA Victor’s engineers in order to produce as high a standard of sound as possible. This album was produced by William Zeitung.
