The item up for offer is a RARE 1995 pressing of Van Halen's Balance album.

I play tested the whole album and it sounds great! However, it does have a quite noticeable warp when playing side two. It does not affect the playing of the record, but it is there and is very noticeable. Please see the last photo, as I tried to capture it the best I could on my turntable.

The cover is still in pretty good shape. It does have two lightly worn corners (see close up photos). Please excuse the light flash on the top of the cover in the first photo. This record has been stored vertically on the shelf since we purchased it from it's original owner.

The album comes in its original plastic inner sleeve and includes the original insert with lyrics.

The record will be shipped in a cardboard record mailer.
