Our GRADING for pskorst and bigbillkorst (our sister 78 record ebay names) is  E+ (or NM) rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V,   V- and Poor.   Packing  We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 5" box. We have had very few problems with damage on the many thousands of records we have shipped so far.  Peter

78RPM Columbia 40106 Gayla Peevey, I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas / Are My Ears On Straight? V+ to E- This rare circa 1953 great Christmas record is in a well kept V+E-, this has light to mild flaws and wear, no big or notable flaws on this 78, no real scartches of any kind. This does have some non feelable fine lams just under the surface, these appear they will have no affect on play--these 4-6 minor fine lam lines are minor mild, just a cosmetic (they look fairly benign) thing I have to mention, see my 10 photos above to judge the shellac for yourself.  Graded visually.  Spindle holes and labels have mild to medium wear.  Will be in the vintage paper sleeve it has been stored in for the last 6-7 decades, only have 1 of this. This comes from a great old Jazz record collection. This copy was used by my dad on the radio for Christmas mystery discs (once a year--maybe every 2-4 years for many decades)--otherwise never played.  Please email with any questions.
