The sleeve has signs of wear, ring, yadadada... Original insert, there is a small scuff on the last song "beheaded" , it plays thru, the rest of the vinyl has some signs of use but it sounds VG++, but i would rate it because of the scuff a VG to VG+. If you are gonna have a problem, with what i just mentioned, dont buy it. i know how anal some of you people are, and i dont want to deal with you.
