Dispatch

We Post Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays so please allow a few days for your item to arrive.

If you would like your item express we will post next day delivery but there will be an extra postage charge.Please email me before buying if you would like this option.

Local pick up

We do not allow local pick up for our items.

Please ring if you need to ask any questions on this please note we are an online shop and not a brick and mortar shop.  

Please do turn up at our business address expecting an item as we do not have access to the items at that address.  

Postage and Packaging

All my items will be packaged well to ensure item safety please note the postage and packaging charges reflect the material used and the cost of sending if you feel we have overcharged you please email us and will discuss the matter

Items are mainly sent via 2nd Class postage and 2nd class recorded post if you would like items sent 1st class please contact us and we can add the extra postage charge . If your item has not arrived please contact us before leaving feedback please note we do not have control of delivery service we always post within the dispatch time stated please contact us if there is a problem before leaving feedback due to slow post.

Immediate payment

Most of our items will require immediate payment we go by the rule it’s not yours untill you pay for it the reason being as this will filter out buyers who change there mind or fail to pay for the item.

Combined postage

We combine postage on every item this will be done mainly by a refund to the buyer after payment please allow 24 hours to receive the postage discount feel free to contact us if you have any worries or queries on this also please feel free to let us know you have made multiple purchases. Please note that some items in the store we may not be able to combine postage on because of the weight/size of item

International postage

We post internationally when asked

if the item is valuable we will send internationally signed for which might be high in postage depending on weight and where it’s going

If you would like an item sent to you internationally please feel free to email us also please allow extra time for it to get to you

Returns:

We accept returns where an item is faulty/broken - we will require photographic evidence.

New items must be return in an unopened condition

Return postage must be payed by buyer
