Disclaimers are only listed to make you aware of the various problems that may arise with new or sealed products. There is a very small chance of these instances occurring but I have to cover all grounds. I will be sure to report any manufacturer noted defects with the products I’m selling if there is any. Steelbook and Media Shipping:

I will carefully and appropriately ship all items in my collection. Steelbooks are guaranteed to be shipped in a media mailer box with sufficient bubble wrapping for the best protection. Blu-ray/DVD and other media (CDs, books etc.) will be packaged accordingly with the value of the item in mind, however, you can request for special shipping packaging and I will do my best to meet your needs in that matter. Vinyl/LP records will be shipped with interior bubble wrapping where applicable and it’s appropriate sized boxed.

Steelbook Disclaimer:

For all steelbooks I will have visually examined the copy you are purchasing to the best of my ability and have disclosed all visible and/or undetected imperfections.

New steelbooks can sometimes have small dents or scratches under the plastic and information paper card (J-Card). Occasionally, a disc may be loose inside prior to or after shipping and cannot be fixed without opening the sealed product. There is no guarantee way for me to detect all imperfections behind a sealed product. Therefore, I cannot be held responsible for any damage in the aforementioned areas.

Vinyl Record Disclaimer:

Returns:

Returns are generally not accepted and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please be sure about what you are purchasing.

Any products that are SPECIFIED AS NEW/SEALED and/or products sold with digital/redeemable codes WILL NO BE ACCEPTED if the product has been OPENED no matter the case (damaged/ undamaged). So please make sure you are satisfied with what you received prior to opening and/or removing the seal.

If you RECEIVED A DAMAGED item (possibly due to handling during transit) please DO NOT OPEN the product or remove any plastic wrapping. Instead, MESSAGE ME for a return/ replacement inquiry.
