For sale here is the FLAMING LIPS DEBUT LP, HEAR IT IS from 1986, 72173-1.  This is the very first pressing and even more, this copy being the white vinyl version was among the first 2000 copies printed.  Comes with the original super cool poster, and is in very close to mint all the way around.  There are maybe 4-5 small, almost superficial ticks in the play.  There is no skips, or jumps or anything like that.  The sound quality is perfect.  Looks to have been barely played.  COVER is gorgeous, as perfect as can be expected.  It's a crazy and beautiful record, and was a great beginning to what would be an outstanding career that still is creating incredible music.
First 2000 copies were pressed on white vinyl. (This is the standard black vinyl version). Includes a two-sided poster on newsprint.

"'Hear It Is' is the debut full-length album from Oklahoma City's pride and Joy, 'The Flaming Lips'."
