CONDITION DETAILS Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back); spot near top-right on front where gloss has been removed. Inner-sleeve is poly-lined paper. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with noticeable wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening shows signs of use and tiny tears. Lyrics insert not included. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Peter Gabriel is the third album by British musician Peter Gabriel, released in May 1980. The album contains two of Gabriel's most famous songs, the UK Top 10 hit Games Without Frontiers and the political song Biko, about the late anti-apartheid activist Steve Biko. This album is often referred to as Melt owing to its cover photograph by Hipgnosis. Gabriel's ex-Genesis band mate Phil Collins, who succeeded Gabriel as Genesis' lead vocalist, plays drums on several of the album's tracks. In particular, Collins played drums on Intruder, which has been cited as the first use of Collins' "gated drum" sound.
