Misprint with reversed matrix numbers (31,218)RE2 and (31,219)RE2 on labels (found below catalog number MS 2038). All other information on labels is correct.

Sturdy blue gatefold sleeve cover has NO cut-out, bar-code, splits, edge, corner or spine wear; has light ring wear and some light discoloration on the blue covers (see pics); spine in excellent condition and completely legible.
